Cat school upgraded diagram for silver sword.

Like in title, i don't know where to found that on diagram, anyone can help me?

It's in a chest on the third floor of some house in Novigrad.

I don't know specifically where you get it, but you can buy the maps to find the diagrams from Armorers, Blacksmiths and Shopkeepers. Just check every one of them when they are around you and see if they have the maps for sale.
I would go to the ones on Oxenfurt first.

Depends which upgrade; the enhanced version is up a ladder, into a house in Novigrad, by the oxenfurt gate.

Then there are the Superior & Master versions afterwards
