Can't cast a sign (using Geralt) (SOLVED)

I don't know why, i can't cast a sign, This issue i got after mission in Kaer Morhen Battle, tell me if you know how to fix this issue. Thanks

I can either for some odd reason. ANd I am at a point in the game where I can't progress either.

Found a fix by another member. Try this

"It can also be triggered by using the anti-magic bomb. throw a second one on yourself, step outside the effect radius and try again. That's what fixed it for me"

Dmiterian Bomb that is used during the battle if hits geralt prevents him from using signs. Try the above to fix your glitch.

If you are playing on normal or easy modes you can just meditate and get the bombs back. I think. I believe you have to have certain alcohol drinks to restore potions and bombs.
