Bandit camp at Velen. Where's the key for prisoner?

I just looted every fckin crate there and every bandit's corpse. Still got nothing. Can u give me a hint?

its on the bandit leader

on one of the bandits, its the same in other bandit camps where there's a hostage, I guess it's the leader that has it, i kill them so fast i don't take time to see who is who.

leader had his sword and some rubbish but no key

If its renegade camp then its bugged, the rest of the camps seem ok.

Sometimes he won't. Have to reload the last save and try again. Sometimes he will never have the key and you're just screwed.

It's a glitch that needs to be patched, I herd some one say that if you draw them back towards the camp and kill them the key spawns, but this was not the case for me.

Then I dunno, had him drop the key on my first kill and released the prisoner.
