BUG: Claywich Barber/Person in distress

So I rescued this barber in Velen, far west of the Crow's Perch near the coast, and he went to his hometown, Claywich. Later I visited him, got a shave - all fine. Even more later I came back for another one and the barber is nowhere to be found.

I checked at different daytimes. I checked during the night. I checked more than one time. I reloaded and checked again. Maybe a bug?

Well I guess I have this bug too. Rescued him ages ago and finally decided to visit but couldn't find him anywhere.

He goes there when you free him (I followed him first time because I didn't know where Claywich is at this point and I needed a shave - badly) and you can use his services but when I went there again later he was gone for good. And didn't return til now.

Bug still exists. Dammit I'm not ready to cross the Pontar but Im sooo sick of my beard!

He's a feisty one this Claywich Barber, everyone I know who rescued him hasn't seen him yet (like, 5 mates playing on PC right now lol).

One did say he turns up occasionally, maybe he's just a drunk.....

I'm having a similar issue, although it's with the merchant instead. The barber showed up for me (he doesn't cut me for free though?) but another merchant that you will rescue is supposed to show as well, but he's not there.
