Vibrate/Medallion
Sometimes the controller/medallion vibrates and there's nothing around. What's the deal?

Im not sure but I think it might be the Quen sign dissipating.

It is also vibrating a little when your stamina is depleted or full again.

Just checked, it was indeed Quen expiring! That's really cool

Quite, I go the warriors way and just swing quick while nullifying a strike with Quen but its difficult to notice if its gone or not in combat.
