Walk around the building until you see wooden arch and a wooden door. You have to knock (Use) on the door each time to get in. It is usually on the exact opposite side the waypoint sends you to.
No offense but answers require information and explanations, not references to unknown things that the OP clearly doesn’t know which is why they’re asking.
Anyway, the marker to find king of beggars for the side quest where you get paid back for rescuing the tortured dwarf is kind of on a circle shaped block of houses. On the left of the circular housing block is a merchant icon (Bag symbol) which is near the grindstone symbol. The special door is right next to that merchant/item bag icon.
That special door is like 100 meters away from the orange quest marker. And of course even when you get into the door and the correct area, it’s still annoying to find him….as usual ANY TIME a marker is inside a massive dung-block of Novigrad roofs on the map.
The navigation and pathing is ridiculous for this stuff, sloppy obnoxious tedious failure work by the devs. Novigrad is trash to navigate.
