Problem with quest Mysterious Tracks

(spoilers) So im half-way through this one, but after finding that Fiends dung game asks me to pour a bait on the ground in a few places. But i have no bait recipe in my alchemy tab =\
So where can i find that recipe ? or is this just a game bug?

The actual item is called "Chort Lute" its possible you might have bought it off a vendor before (like i did) so check your inventory too see if you already have it

You can buy the recipe from the merchant in Lindenvale.

At least, that is what I have done in all my waaay too many play-throughs, so I wouldn't know if BB's statement "appears in your inventory" also applies if you haven't bought the recipe before starting the quest...

Anyway, check your recipe inventory under "quest" (the bottom one), mess with the filters if need be, or return to Lindenvale to check the merchant.
