Glass, Lead, and Ashes only sell for 1 crown, it costs at least that to make the item from dismantling :S If it only has a use in DLC I feel they should have just edited out the second part of the tooltip for them until they actually did have a use over than selling :S

I know the insignias could be dismantled but like the starting armor they (some of them) can be used in crafting recipes and shouldn't be dismantled. Temeria ones don't seem to be used in a recipe that I could find though, just dismantle termeria ones then?
