Need help with abandoned site in white orchard

Im at the abandoned site in white orchard, I think its the only one in the zone, and I cant figure out what to do, I dont see any mobs to clear out and my witcher senses dont show anything to find. This is the last thing I have to do in the white orchard so if anyone knows what to do I would appreciate the help. Thanks

As simple as that. - if the lone ghoul doesn't appear after you took care of the rest of them, meditate. You'll be interrupted by the lone ghoul. problem solved
