Looking for Beast oil, anyone know where I missed it?

I know i missed it somewhere and been doing a lot of back tracking with no luck

The recipes for oils, bombs and potions can be found randomly in POIs or other places with loot chests, moreover you can buy them from herbalists or normal merchants. You won't miss it because there is not only 'one place' where it's located, it's all over the game in many places.

I just spent 2-3k on recipes today made it all back in a few hours

OR MY GUARD I GOT lvl 2 BEAST OIL AND STILL I HAVE NOT lvl 1 YET IM LVL 13 ! :C
I found someone say that Keira sells this recipe, but i killed her before... and i don't know wut to do :)

i have no beast oil either...

there are 2 people selling oil recipies, pebler and keira metz.
also try random guarded treasure chests.

I missed the beast oil from Keira as well, I know it drops randomly from the PoI chests, but when I found it it was either from the herbalist near the harbour in Ard Skellige close to the inn with the stash chest, or it was from a merchant a little bit south down the road from there in Rannvaig, the merchant had 3 oils to sell, so if you are desperate then try your luck in Skellige, you can always warp back and continue questing in Velen/Novigrad after you pick it up.

Well I found a couple of online videos that showed a location in a water flooded cave under the baron's castle in Velen but that did not work for me.

However, I did find another location. On an island in the corner of the map, southwest of Skellige.

There is a large tree near the top of the island. Close by, there is a pyre with a dead bear on it. At either end of the the pyre there is a chest. The oil recipe was in one of these chests.

I found almost all of my enhanced and superior recipes in the containers in the sewer during Now or Never. If you havent done that quest, try it out.

Got here by a google search for the same thing--I saw the post about Keira having it--haven't had a chance to buy anything from her yet--but heading to her "Wandering in the Dark" mission where you meet her at the hideout, I found the oil in a chest just above, overlooking the meetup point. Perhaps that's what was meant?

after you obtain aerondight you don't need any of those oils
That sword is OP.

But till ı get the sword, ı always used decoctions potions oils :D , which ı believe is what defines a true witcher
