Yeah, so it glitched for you too...
The page is a quest item but once you clear the camp on the quest item it vanishes from your invetory so the only way to redo it would be a prev save
No it does not vanish, it's still in the Inventory where all other Letters are... i can still read it, but it does nothing... Problem is that reading that Letter normally marks that Camp, but the Camp was marked already with a (?) before even reading that Letter, so the glitch is that it was marked with (?) and that if you loot that Camp before reading the Letter the Quest is not simply finished but stuck... It's not a big Bug, but something that should be fixed...
thats why my prev post states if you dont read the letter but Explore and clear the Camp and kill the leader before reading it pretty much ends the quest and wipes the page from the Quest Page Invetory. End Of Story
No its glitched and in my Inventory, its on the normal List and not on the Quest Items List...
Possible that if you explore first and kill that Camp the Letter becomes a normal one and is never added to the Quest Item's, simple as that... I still have it in the Inventory and can read it, but it is definitely not a Quest Item...
@CursedPanther
Exactly, that is what probably happened, and yeah it's only minor Glitch, however hope its fixed with one of the next patches...
Also other Quests don't glitch out like this if you finish it before eg. speak with someone, then that option is only marked red but the others are marked green and Quest is finished normally, so its fixable...
So far its the only that glitched, so good job from the Dev's because its rather complex to take into account all possible non-linear Consideration Paths a User could choice...
Really boring issue!
Me too
