I found a secret wall, need help

Hi, I found a secret wall during the quest "Wandering In The Dark", in the cave. I was wondering if anyone else has done this quest and have figured out what you're supposed to do to the wall? I've tried using Aard and Igni on the wall without sucess. I believe it's near the exit of the cave.

There's also some signs on each side of the wall. Kinda looks like a sun.

You'll be able to use a medallion of some sorts at the end of that quest. It'll help you dispel illusions.

You will need the item Eye of Nehaleni, obtained from Keira in this quest, Wandering In The Dark.
