Art Style
I love the way art is presented in this game. If you have not noticed by now, the graphics are not trying to be as realistic as possible. Rather, they appear as if you're playing inside a painting. Every single screenshots I've seen are canvas worthy paintings. They can easily be passed as the paintings you see in a museum, if not for Geralt's body in the way. It's a huge difference from the images I've seen for other games. It doesn't try to be photo-realistic. I love the color schemes and the way the scenery is presented.

Perhaps that is why some people find the graphics not as good as previous titles?

What are you thoughts on the artistic styles?

Too colorful for me, saw a trailer where it was more washed out which wouldve fit better, an old castle, starting to crumble into pieces shouldnt have a burning red roof.

Yes it's too colorful, I had to reduce the color from Nvidia control panel.

Again, I don't think they want it to mimic real life 100%. It's a different direction they're taking.
