Pockets? How to use them?

How do you use pockets? I have the torch there but can't find the keys to use them.

theres a 30 slot saddle bag you find i did right click it and it jumped into my inventory as item.

Boy. These are some unintelligent replies. Saddlebags/crossbows/etc. are different slots. There are two pocket slots that I haven't found a use for yet.

I have the magic lamp in one of my pockets but haven't found anything for the other one yet. But then again, I started a new game and am only at level 14.

Anyway since you guys brought it up again, but what are the locations where the lantern is useful? Besides Keira´s quest and the Bastion quest near Kaer Mohen.

I think there was maybe one other illusion wall that it helped with but I don't remember what it was.
