1080, Ambient Occlusion, anti-aliasing, and most postprocessing turned off, general graphics settings on High should be fine. Could probably get away with textures set to Ultra and still run at 40-60 FPS.

I have GTX 750 TI... So, I may help you, cause they looks almost the same.
I am playing at 900p.
Shadow: Medium
Hairwork: Off
All other settings: High
FPS: 35 - 60 (even in fights, and rain or fights in rain, it keep above 30 fps)
Ah, and I overclocked it a little bit... 65 mhz clock and 635mhz memory.

I have seen people with 4 GB RAM playing the game just fine. They reported that it was using about 80% RAM. And playing with GTX660 just fine as well.

I have
Core i5-3570 3.4GHz
GeForce GTX 660
4 GB RAM.

And from the videos I have seen and the replies people gave me. I think me and you should be able to run the game just fine.

Would these specs make for a better experience than playing on a PS4? I have both so I'm trying to decide what to get it on

Hight (hairworks off) + FHD: 25-40 fps.

Increase frame rate alone is probably worth the PC option. I'm interested in this game, too, but I do have concerns with performance.

Thank you for all the comments! Last question can I run it at 1920x1080?
