PreOrder Bonus

I preloaded the game already and was just wondering if I have to wait till release to get my preorder bonus stuff? How do they give it to you?

It is dumb if I have to wait for release to get stuff that isnt even in game content lol

Yes you have to wait until release, and if you ordered the game on gog you would have access to all the pre-order goodies, so if you care that much about getting the goodies now, then cancel your steam order and go buy it on gog. And usually you have to go to your steam tools and select the extra content and download it, and then go to the files which have the bonuses.

Once the game gets released, all contents including pre-order bonuses gets unlocked. This is how Steam delivers contents for pre-order bonuses. The contents are usually found inside the directory of your game folder once the game is installed.

The Gog.com version however have most of it's pre-order goodies already unlocked and downloadable.

With Payday 2 I believe you had to access the pre-order stuff like the sound track within the game files.

But yeah I think you have to wait till release to get the Witcher 3 stuff.

Ah cool. No I dont care enough to cancel this preorder and preorder somewhere else rofl

I just wanted to look at the digital map before the game came out, but not a big deal.
