So do you guys think it'll be possible that TW3 will have village idiot NPCs? I would love to have Monty Python references in TW3. It would be such a positive experience and would remind me of happier days.

I hope they put in a Noober -like character (from Baldur's Gate 1 & 2) who annoyingly follows you around, commenting on everything you do and keeps talking until you either kill him or run away.

That reminds, me, if you dont kill him he will eventualy give you some +3 stones used in slings (out of a form of friendship). Getting them that early is nice. Then you can go ahead and kill him.

Very possible. The past two Witcher games has a lot of easter eggs and references from other fantasy mediums like games, books, and movies.
