It's not going to be a bonk-everything-that-moves-for-the-hell-of-it game, but they're also not going to give in to prudish types who don't like seeing explicit portrayal of sex.
mass effect series have such ♥♥♥♥♥ too.. just that not as hardcore as Witcher 2 & 3's sex scenes.

Despite what CDPR say, sex scenes in The Witcher really have no use plot wise, it was added for sales. Sorry guys, it's the truth.
