Temporary FIX for the stutter/flickering

I found something on youtube. It suggested to:
1 - Disable MSI afterburner/Rivatuner statistics
2- Disable Fullscreen Optimizations (select the .exe file under compatibily tab in properties)
3- Launch the game using the witcher3.exe as an administrator from the folder (Drive_letter):\Steam\steamapps\common\The Witcher 3\bin\x64_dx12

On launch for me it was okay...ish not perfect but playable. Yesterday was horrible. I tried this fix, well I don't use afterburner nor rivatuner, I left enabled the full screen optimizations, and by launching the game from the .exe it runs fine. No more stutter and flickering.

Running everything maxed out: ray tracing, dlss 3.0, 4k 120 fps
12900KS, ASUS Strix 4090 OC, Windows 11

I can confirm this does work.
i7-11700K, 3070, 16GB 3000mhz ram.
I was getting terrible performance a few days ago but just tried this and can now run the game locked at 40fps, 3440x1440 maximum graphics (RT Ultra+) with DLSS on Performance mode.

Tip: Never let ANY software "optimize" games (or really, anything) for you. It doesn't go well.

I want to add on this. At first, RT worked (albeit at 30 - 40 fps), but after 2 days, would crash endlessly. I couldn't achieve 60fps in any situation in DX12. While I still can't get decent frames with RT on as it is clearly broken, I've managed to get DLSS working again and can get buttery smooth 60fps at 4k with all settings at Ultra+

1. Disable Game Mode in Windows
2. Disable Game Bar
3. DIsable any and every overlay
4. If you own an AMD processor, disable Game Mode and manually overclock.

32gb 3200mhz RAM
Evo 980 Pro 1TB M2.

No guarantees this will help everybody, but I went from not-playable to fully enjoying 4k maxxed out, although with no RT.
