Netflix armor is bugged, not appearing

title says it all. Finished the quest and got all the rewards, even triggered the continuation at Kaer Morhem. But the armor is not avaiable in the crafting menu. Uninstalled all mods, but it still not there.

Another bug that happened was during the quest, with Reinald potion. I brew the thing, quest was not updated (que optional objective was still there, as I didn't do it) and the potion was not avaiable to use later on in the cutscene.

Anyone had the same issue? how can I fix it?
