Disable Gwent Music and Load Narrations

I have almost no complaints about this marvelous game, but two features it could really use are the ability to individually Turn OFF the Gwent music and the voice-over narration on the load-screens. The Gwent music is maddeningly repetitive, and the narrations are stutteringly delivered. Am I the only one who turns off their speakers to play gwent? Anyhoo just saying, guess I'll look at mods...
