How do I start the game with DX11 and without RED Launcher?

I know there was "--launcher-skip" parameter, that launch the game without launcher.
But, it launch the game in dx12 mode dispite I choose dx11 mode last time in launcher.

So, how do I start the game instantly in dx11 mode?
