Problem installing mods on 4.0 (next gen)

so i saw updated mods which should work on next gen , i install it manually by putting the mod file into /witcher3/mods but they dont work does anyone have idea what to do? also i tried to look how to install them nexus mod descriptions but they said that i just have to copy ZIP file into mods folder

The Witcher 3\bin\config\r4game\user_config_matrix\pc and open the dx11filelist or dx12filelist (if ur using dx12) and add "modfoldername;" for example "modCriSlowMoCR.xml;" to the list at the bottom.
