Game don't luach even in the patch 1,32

After the new atualization my The Witcher start to launch only in DirectX 11 and whth to much lag and a bad frame rate, but i roll back to 1.32's patch and new the game still with the same problem in DrX11 and in DrX12 returns "game loading failed: check game integrity on steam
" (direct translation from portuguese). And the integrity is ok, i guess...
I know that i never have play in DrX11 before the new atualization because when i try to save the game says that the two verssion is not compatible.
I have a samsumg book i5 intel ires xe with 8gb of ram and always run nice the game... not the best, but nice and naw i don't know what to do
