Weird grass texture

I get this weird grass texture https://ibb.co/8r2CM2Z. I have 0 mods. Any advise to solve it?

FIX:
Just delete modHDReworkedProject folders if you have some in game folder (The Witcher 3\mods) and it will fix the grass problem

did you delete certain dll files ? if so, get them back, verify game files and don't delete those.

Me too, zero mods too, and didn't delete any files at all.

That's how the devs always wanted it to look. The technology to do it just didn't exist back when they made the original. So, now they're fulfilling their original vision.

Getting the same thing i know im not the only one. Its a glitch it has to be, this cant be the norm. It doesn't look right.

delete all the config files and let the game regenerate the defaults maybe

Well I had the same issue... you probably, like I did, have old mods from a previous game still in the folder from before. It is the HD rework mod from Halk.

Check your mod folder or or the script manager that installs mods from Nexus. I deleted those mods are everything is working fine now.

would it be sane to just unistall the game and delete the game folder and reinstall? Im thinking thats what i should do , i just feel like searching for everyone of those files. I didnt install the hak mod through vortext because people said it has issues installing that particular mod.

Ya know whats thats what im gonna do, ill report back if it fixes it.

So i did what i said and it did in fact fix the weird grass texture.

Valmour is correct deleting the Halk mods folders did in fact correct the issue. I went a step ahead and installed the DLSS 2.5 dll too everythings seems in order, i do have dropped frames though becuace i think my pc cant handle the next gen iteration update of the game, but maybe with a patch it will sort it self out ( but not likely )

Yea i have old mods file in game folder. Just delete modHDReworkedProject folders if you have some and it will fix the grass problem

I can confirm, that the solution "Delete all mods in your Mods folder.", works just fine.

Tried deleting the HD Reworked mod like you said to fix it, didn't work. Any other solution? It's really annoying and it ruins the grass completely

delete user settings and .bak in documents and change in game settings again.

Hey thanks for the reply, sorry I'm not crazy good at managing files and so on so I deleted the user settings and the user settings.bak in documents, but wdym with change in game settings? I shuffled around some graphic sliders if that's what you meant

Nvm, fixed it by deleting a "4k grass mod" :)
