Yeah, a 3070Ti should be able to just about max it out at 1440p, with a bit of DLSS in there.
Yeah I would definitely enable DLSS, maybe go for quality. Kinda a mixed bag of feedback for this next gen update, so would like to ask before i reinstall this.
It took me about 5 minutes to figure out my particular crashing issue.
Having been tossing info from most of the "problem" threads for the last hour into an Excel sheet, I'm not seeing many ubiquitous factors in terms of what hardware/software combinations are having major issues - so it's probably worth a try.
99% of people here being a fraction of a percent of people currently playing the game on Steam.
There is always a negative feedback bias, especially when problems can sometimes be resolved by troubleshooting.
Forum data like that is largely useless until you can determine patterns.
Not a very common factor.
99 out of 100 people literally aren't reporting any problems.
Again, the amount of people posting here are literally a fraction of a single percent of the people who are currently, at this moment, playing on Steam - and literally hundreds of people are streaming fully functional games.
The problems are not universal, nor based on the sample size are they even all that common. A few hundred posters versus literally hundreds of thousands *not* posting because they aren't having issues. People not having issues are extremely unlikely to post. These are like basic principles here.
The actual problem is that there aren't a lot of common factors in who is having trouble.
Depends on resolution.
1080p, almost anything in the 30 series should just about do it with DLSS.
4k, pretty much needs to be a 4080/4090, still with DLSS.
In between scales from there.
I mean...yeah. Unfortunately AMD's RT capabilities on the 6000 series are only slightly better than emulating RT on something like a 1080Ti.
You can try maxing out FSR2 to see how much performance you can actually get.
AMD GPUs are not known to be able to do RT, at least not yet.
I'm really hoping they improve on this soon though, I'm all ready to drop team green if that happens for them being snobbish.
