Where to download Pre Order bonuses on Steam
I know that originally the pre order bonuses were exclusive to GOG. But now there's a section on the store page of TW3 on steam announcing those same preorder bonuses. Where can I download them?

I've heard that they will be released on the same day as the game, I hope that's not true, it would be kind of bs since they are portraying them as something you can get when pre ordering right now. If you can only get them until release day then what's the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ point? Why can GOG get them early and not steam? I would even understand if they made these bonuses exclusive to GOG. But announcing them and then making them arrive until release seems like false advertising. There would be nothing "pre" about them.

They're not available until release.

Not everything on GOG is available on Steam, there are the only bonus available "right now", the bonus on Steam, which are also available on GOG remain locked until release on both platforms.

As for the bonus themselves, they are bonus that you get for pre-ordering the game, nothing says that you should get them now and nothing says that you will get them now, so no, there is no false advertising, you get exclusive stuff with the game when you pre-order it, that's it, there is nothing "pre" about them, because they were never intended to be owned right now on top of being spoiler heavy (artbook of a game before the game it even out = fail...).

I got the game on gog and got neverwinter and everything else to download right away.
Don't know why people buy this game on steam when it costs so much more... even on origin it is far cheaper than it is here.

What region are you in? In North America it's the same price on Steam as it is on GOG and Origin.

South america. With the 20% discount I got it for 35.99 and it shows that same price on origin .

The "pre" refers to your payment. You pledge to buy the game before it is released in return for a discount on the price and some extra content upon delivery. If you feel that this deal wasn't made clear to you in the advertising then you can back out of the deal any time before release for a refund. Then you are completely free pay more for the game after release and not receive any extra content.

It's all good! :)

If I remember correctly GOG has a similar deal but you can get a free old game for downloading as soon as you pre-order. I wasn't interested in that game however.

The preorder content will be available when the game is released. To download go to Library/tools/witcher3.
