missing armor diagrams: Is it because I got to the point of no return?

So, I am looking for feline enhanced armor. I just found one for the trousers thanks to the internet, but when I went for the gauntlets the chest is not active. The manor in which this chest is located I know I've been to, so I must have looted it once before. However, maybe I missed it. Now, it makes me wonder, did some of these diagrams just get cut off when I went to the end game of the point of no return. There is a warning that certain paths will not be retrievable if I progress further. As I write this, I realize it doesn't make sense so the point of no return might not be applicable to the diagram situation. The "treasure hunt" category is not available anymore, so that is what made me think of this point of no return problem initially. I quickly perused the many posts made on this issue in the Discussions but most, it seems, are resolved. They just looked for the answers on the internet. I did the same thing and that is how I discovered the inactive chest in the manor the enhanced feline gauntlets. It is frustrating. If anyone knows definitively what we know about this, I would appreciate. The Wikis are no help but that could be with the wrong query. Thanks!

Not sure what wiki you are using, but Enchanced Gauntlets are not in any manor, but in alghoul-infested abandoned quarry, North-West off Stonecutter's village.

you can save yourself a lot of searching by buying treasure maps which will point out locations. They are sold by armorers, smiths, and junk merchants.

or jus use a proper site, not Reddit or summit, all locations r mapped and revealed. The op might be confusing Aretemus manor, with the gaunrletts

well I appreciate both of your responses @worm_master & @kireta. I'll take a closer look at your suggestions when I have time. The wikis I was using was on top of a google search and no it wasn't reddit. I would appreciate serious answers and not snarky know it all responses. Thanks

Are you using any mods? Particularly any mods that raise the max level above 100? I've had issues with that before where items simply didn't loot when I was above the vanilla max level, I fixed that with another mod FixedLvl100Plus[www.nexusmods.com] but that is pretty unlikely to be the case for you
