Mastercrafted\grandmaster\Ofieri items question
Halp! I crafted gauntlets, boots and the swords, but the bodyarmor is just not there to craft. I do have the blueprints and I can see them available in my inventory, but for some reason armor crafters won't make them for me, the items are just not in the list! Is this a bug?

with nearly 2k hours, that's something, I've never come across, the Inv, can be a little confusing, u might have the schematics, but not all the parts....

The inventory has a filter it can list only Craftable Stuff, or show only stuff with items missing or both... trying altering the filter to "Parts Missing"

Found it. Master Lafarque did the trick for me, Toussaint area. Or the game bugged out, I'm not entirely sure.
Yes, that dude is Grandmaster of all trades, he can craft both weapons and gear.

I mean it's weird some other craftsmen could make mastercrafted gauntlets\pants for my set and even grandmaster items of other sets, but not the bodyarmor I needed

I stopped using any 1 but him ages ago, it's possible to get him by level 9, see, and since he can craft everything, why bother with other blacksmiths?

Isn’t it a dlc area which is only available after you proceed quite a bit in the main quest?
Usealy yes, how-ever, that's only if u follow the RECOMMENDED level, u can start the mission to rescue Dandelion at around 7, if u can fight ya way though the over levelled NPC's you'll face doing the story missions..

This is how u do it.

1. Leave WO
2. Head to Novigrad
3. Start the mission where u visit Triss, follow that though, till u rescue Dandelion( I think it's recommended lvl 10)

I'm pretty sure the devs intended u to do it as follows, thats according to the recommended levels in the journal.

1. Velen
2. Novigrad
3. Skeligge
4 DLC's

That said, some-one tipped me off to a MOD that lets u start Envoy's as soon as u reach The Hanged Man tree, lol so now i can enter Toussant at around level 3, frankly, it was a chore slogging though the main story, just to play the DLC.

I don't really like Velen/Novigrad, its a frickin cesspool of a dump hole.....
