Which DLCs... ?
Someone has just gifted me the base game. Now, which dlcs do i need to complete 100% achievements? Also, what is the "Expansion Pass"? If any one can focus some light, thanks in advance.

You need both "Hearts of Stone" and "Blood and Wine" to achieve 100% completion. Expansion pass contains both.
