Real question how do you level faster in this game

I'm trying to beat it on death march but the secon zone quests are like 20 and the game only gave me like 7 levels thus far (just did the werewolf quest)

how do you level up faster?

U dont, unless u cheat, what u can do is tackle jobs above ya pay grade, 30+ levels above.

I always level up in Toussant, from level 7 onwards even on DM.

Ehh just do quests. Monsters give very low amount of experience before level 35 (the level you start Blood and Wine, with level scaling of enemies ofc)

You can also search "Witcher 3 - XP farming for low lvl and beyond lvl 38" and see drowner xp farm video (dunno if it was fixed in nextgen version) - I farmed few levels like that at the beginning of Death March playthrough, but it makes the gaming boring and dull if you farm for too long like that.

Progress the game naturally and you never need to grind anything.

oh you can go to toussant at lvl 7?

I can, as can some-one else i know, it's very doable, can even do it wth a level 1 sword, except that takes way ro long..
