Silver for monsters vocals never play

Hi,

I wanted to play the combat music again, so I went to Crow's Perch (level 21). I noticed that the lyrics never play, but I can hear the instrumentals. A few other soundtracks work just fine in the game and I'm playing without mods. Is this supposed to happen because I have never had this before? If it's not normal, how can I fix this?
