Erynia eye location? [POSSIBLE SPOILERS]
It is a ingredient for Enhanced Hybrid Oil and I haven't run across it yet. Searching here and in the wiki's I know of show it to be a Witcher 2 item, but not here in W3.

Possible vendor item? out of the way mob location?

Some Harpies and Erynia throughout Skllege, they also sometimes hang out with/by the sirens.
