Missable Quests
So it seems certain side quests can be disabled if you run by them without picking them up? I ran through Oxenford on part of the Baron's questline but did not pick up any quests there because I like to clear an area before moving on... I know I saw [The Most Truest of Basilisks] over on the east side of town for instance, but now I can't acquire that, [Rough Neighborhood] or [The Price Of Passage] side quests :(

Are these going to be permenantly disabled or will some event re-enable them for me? Anyway to reset the trigger conditions?

After the patch two of the quests poped back up again, but [The Most Truest of Basilisks] is still un-obtainable.

Almost 400 hours logged for me and I've never even heard of that basilisk quest. What is it exactly?

It is accross the bridge east of Oxenford, there is supposed to be a wyvern in a cage with a guy telling everyone it is a basilisk, you come over tell him it is not, it breaks out and starts attacking everyone. (according to the prima guide) I saw the quest exclaimation point for it at one point but never picked it up and after that it was never again offered.
