leshen mutagen missing?

hi, playing on death march and i have all potions oils bombs decotations except one which is the leshen.
which is stange because i have killed two, one for the contract and one guarding the chest.
i can see on the quest completed it says its complete, and the leshen trophy was presented to the dwarf but i dont have the mutagen in inventary.

if anyone had experienced such an issue or find a way to resolve it let me know i ll gladly appreciate it as i am trying to get all of the game done without failing or not having items.

this is the only one missing and its really makes me mad that i cant find out why i dont have it even though i killed both of them.

Mutagens are random drops. There are randomly spawning leshen in Velen but I can't remember where specifically.

i havent came across a leshen spawn beside those two mentioned.
this is my second time playing the campaign and i cant remember on my first run meeting more than one, but i could be wrong though.

if you come across a location please let me know ;-)

I think abandoned villages that had monsters spawn monsters apprpriate to your level sometimes. I have warped in on a few monsters from time to time.

There's a Leshen spawn near Dragon Hunter cove whatever, the cave where you have a Ekimmara and somw Wraiths that you find Feline recipe.

There's another Leshen contract in Skellige and I encountered a few more Leshen roaming in Skellige.

For any monsters that are not unique (like Doppler or Succubus) there's a chance that the Mutagen drop, not guaranteed.

One Leshen was in Kaer Morhen too.

Also there are two Succubi as far as I know :) (skellige and novigrad)

i found one on skellige island part of the quest so finally he dropped the mutagen so all is complete ;-)
