Weird, didn't know that. I gave it to the villagers but I still had the acorn on me. I just left it and never thought to double click it. I've gone back to said village but I think the doors leading to the tree were locked again.

Maybe it is a troll's joke, I've heard about it after beating the game, something like waiting for 30-40 days after giving the acorn to those fellas, if it was a joke, well, it was a good one.

I remember I stayed to check for Imlerith's loot and there wasn't any. Fug the bug.

yea, the body is little harder to see

anyway, the Acorn is possibly the best item you can loot in the game, so it would be strange if game would give you option to just give it away to villagers without some hidden benefit

Geralt of Rivia the witcher gardener. I didn't know about this acorn. I was more concerned about the ♥♥♥♥ Avallach did.

I think if you give the acorn to the villagers and then wait to get more is fake a troll comment somewhere, there's any image or strategy book to confirm, i give the acorn and waiting, and nothing, lucky for me the acorn it's still on my pockets.
