I've already chosen Triss earlier in the game and heard of this infamous threesome scene which I'm trying to loop around as I extend further into the game.

During the escape scene in the quest 'The King is Dead -- Long Live the King', I have to make a timed decision.The options read:
- 'We're gonna choke and die.'
- Damn, I wanna kiss you, Yen'

If I choose the 2nd option and ride the unicorn, I'm assuming this will negate my decision to end with Triss?

I think You can still reject Yen later at the Last Wish quest.
