I don't think so. IN my game the only ones I got so far is +5% gold, +% more XP on human/non humans kills, and +10% chance of dismember. Well gold and XP are really easy to come by, so I sold the +gold and +XP ones and kept the Dismember.

Yeah, I did bascially the same thing... In one of my playthroughs I have ALL the tropys (Or at least I think it's all of them) in my inventory... I cannot pick up a flower anymore or I'll have use the fiend decotion to move.

It was my first playthrough... I though maybe they could be used as some sort of decoration or something in Kher Moren in the end or something similar along those lines.
