How to get the feline swords?

OK the master crafted weapons and armour, Why am I UNABLE TO MAKE MASTER STUFF?

eVERY TIME i GO TO A BLACKSMITH OR A ARMOURER they are way to low in level to make me stuff.

Also iM FINDING IT DIFFICULT TO LOCATE all of the master crafted shops....

I am level 13 so far so pleae advise me on how and where to get master and epic weapons and armour?

Ps i have all the ingrediants to make it....

Master crafted stuff is Lvl 30.

I believe there is a quest you have to complete. I think I got that quest from Crow's Perch.

Master armourer in Crows Perch and master Blacksmith in Novigrad, both require quest chains and the stuff they produce is level 30 so your too low to be worrying about it really.

Yes, you need to do the quests to unlock the master crafters. Mastercrafted tier is level 30-31.

There is only one master sword maker and one master armor maker ... AFAIK ... and you have to unlock them with quests.

There is one in Novigrad and 1 at Crow's Perch, but to unlock both you need to the quests, the only one you can finish currently at low lvl is the one in Novigrad(Elven Crafter) since the one at Crow's Perch(Dwarf Crafter) needs you to go to skellige and that place is high lvl.

After you finish the quest for the master craftsmen you can craft gear/weapons from them.

The Crow's Perch dwarf crafts armor while the Novigrad Elf crafts weapons.

Basic - Enchance - Superior - Mastercraft (Armor)
All Weapon and Armor diagram Map Location can be bought from Quarter Master, Merchant and Blacksmith. Each time you find them, check their merchandize. If there's a Treasure Hunt Map, buy it. It's really not that expensive, it's cheap compare how much loots you sell them.

After buy the map, read it, then a quest to find the Armor and Weapon diagram will be available on the Quest Ledger - Tab - Treasure hunt. Follow the trail, then you will find the place, and eventually grab the diagram.

Amateur - Journeyman - Master Blacksmith.
Amateur Blacksmith nearly all spread and stay on the villages.
Journeyman Blacksmith stay on big city.
Master Blacksmith... only 2 person. 1st Master of weaponsmith, 2nd master of armorsmith.

This master had to be unlock via sidequest, which you have to meet them and trigger the quest by having conversation with them. Not too much spoiler, what you looking is Hattori in Novigrad, and The woman who work as assistant to Dwarf blacksmith in Crow Perch.

if im to low for the master stuff then at level 13 that should be suffice to get the enhanced weapons/armour?

Ive been looking for them without luck, so crows perch? is that mission related or can i go there and get some proper ♥♥♥♥?

its a bit silly too as all my quests are in red and in high levels, 20+ if im 13 then where is all the low level quests, other wise how can i level up?

just shooting from the hip here... and each set is a bit different lvl ... and armor and weapons are not the same lvl for each set .... and not counting the serpentine sets... the griffin, feline, and ursine sets are around....

mastercrafted is lvl 30+

superior is lvl 26

enhanced is lvl 22

normal is lvl 16

...something like that.

lots of good weapons and armor before that level ...

should also have access to serpentine sets and I don't know what they are.

guys, im level 13, i have the level and components to make a feline silver and feline steel sword, but when i go to the novagrad town square, the sword maker, i try to make the sword but it states the sword maker level is too low?

wtf, im level 13 and thats enough to make the feline swords, ive already got the feline armour, someone help me plz??????????????

Silver sword is level 13, the other base equipment is 14.

You need to make all the base equipment and each successive craft is upgrading current gear.
Meaning you need to do the quest chain to find the base items and then craft them, you can't just make an enhanced version without making the original first.

You aren't talking to the correct sword smith for mastercrafted, which is a ~24 leveled quest anyway if I remember correctly.

Either way, you don't need him for the base equipment.
The two smiths in Oxenfurt can make all the base equipment if you are having problems finding journeymen or whatever skill level is needed for the base equipment.

any of higher ranked stuff you NEED a smith from a city other guys just wont cut it, novigrad and oxen furt respectively. To get master crafted gear are 2 quests you have to do, one is in novigrad helping the elven weapon smith and other is in bloody barons castle area, helping the dwarf and his apprintice.

Edit: both the master craft quests are like level 16-25 or something especially the weapon smith one can be tricky at lower levels.
