even in witcher 3 confg when i try to change it it changes back when i open the game. Any way to ake it 800x600? because ive been playing this game on ultra low settings with 10 fps

i bought the computer a year ago for $450, i get 40-60 fps in all games except for witcher 3 for some reason

Lets try to see if you could sustain the game in a low settings. I mean, 10FPS for a 450$ Rig is kinda, unexpected. Its either there is something faulty in your hardware or software.

You got integrated graphics? This game runs terrible on those :(. I am also trying to get mine running on my laptop for travel lol. You can set the resolution in the user.setting in the document files. Just make sure to reduce the resolution of your monitor as well.

You're right this is a decent set up for the lowest settings (should be ranging at around 40+FPS) BUT I'm not using an integrated graphics so I'm not quite sure, tho I heard that many people encounter a massive FPS drop with this kind of set up. Try the suggestion of Locomotive. He might be able to help you since you two are on the same boat.
