What language is this music?

I love the music in this game, especially "The fields of Ard Skellig" but I have no idea what language is being spoken in the song. Does anyone know?

From what I know one of the composers of the Witcher 3 soundtrack Mikolai Stroinski gave an interview and said that he listened to many Polish folk bands and decided to expand with Balkan music, with Bulgaria being a: "pivotal point between the two styles (Polish and Balkan)".
