Who crafts feline armor?

Not the enchanced, just the first version. Who do I go to, to get it crafted?

Just go to the guy in Oxenfurt.

Any Armorer/Weaponsmith can do it.

For weapons, you can go to the smithy at the Nilfguardian camp.
There's a dwarf smithy in the center of White Orchid who can do the armour, after a certain quest.

Well I know the person nex to Fergus can do everything but I'm far to weak -lv 15- to kill a royal lv 27 griffin.

I just need the basic version of the armor crafted, but all the people that craft armor it says their crafting level is to low??? Even first the first version of it?

Are you daft? That is where you go for WEAPON CRAFTING not ARMOR. Weapon yeah I did the quest for the elf guy, this is armor I'm looking for -,-

There's a master weaponsmith in Novigrad, but I hadn't even been there before I got my Cat gear.
There's also a guy in Novigrad advertising "Top-notch swords" but he's really a master armorer.

You shouldn't need to visit novigrad to get base level gear though.

Odd... Are people having different issues with their game map? For me, the main map records the armourer but not the blacksmith, even though I've used his services numerous times.

It's a glitch. But there's definitely both. Whenever I finish a schematic hunt, I head straight there to craft the entire set. Lately I've been lazy and just give them to myself via console after I finish the treasure hunt.

I've been able to craft both the normal and enhanced versions of the feline and griffin armors/weapons in Novigrad. The armorer is in the square where they burned the doppler and the witch while the weaponsmith (or blacksmith) is located in that market near the "lower class" brothel - near a bridge in the south-western part of the city (actually both are relatively close to one another...).
