MOD that makes the inventory better and more organized
So for example: You would be able to place books, notes, etc, into a sub-category of sorts. Where not EVERY item is displayed. Or is there possibly a storage mod in the works? That would be nice. A place to unload all of your loot.

I know you can leave items in the world for a long while, and they will still be there when you return. But I'd rather not take the risk. So if there is a mod out there for this, please if you can, mention it on this thread.

Much appreciated.

I've been search the mod for this issue. The Sorting system of TW3 are fail because it sorting the Item ID number, not sort by the items naming. Alas, no one touch this yet.

Any word from CD Project RED about releasing proper modding tools? Steam Workshop? That would greatly increase the ease of making mods. I've taken a break from W3 for now, until I can find some useful mods and further patching. Hopefully, an enhanced edition will emerge sometime...

The game is fine as is, but I'd like to have 'the ultimate experience'. Nevertheless: Awesome game!

That would be very helpful.

I had an idea... What if you could mod a merchant to have NO items to sell, and he would NEVER take coin for anything you sell or buy? This way, you can unload everything you'd like, and your items would forever be there - safe and sound.

Does this sound doable for any modder out there?

Nobody interested in making a mod like this? Really wish they'd release full mod support for this game...

Probably very doable but not until we get the Kit. Currently the mods being made are essentially just hacked files, editing XML and no room to create anything "additional" to the game.

Oh, OK. So are they planning to release full modding support in the near future? Not up to date with this.
McCloud Jun 17, 2015 @ 1:30am
Affirmative.

Cool. Can't wait for the "real" mods to start rolling out! (no disrespect to current mods).

I'm pretty sure the patch that just release do something like that for books and one of the free dlc or patches added storage in inns.

I've just read the changelog, and the patch is really bigger than I expected. I'm downloading it right now. CDPR keeps surprising me every time ;-;

Sorry for the necro, but still nothing? The potions are a disaster, finding that one decoction I need in NG+ is a pain.

This is not Skyrim. Don't expect large or heavy mods, like inventory changing. A few extra hairstyles, some new eye colors are about us much 'mod' as you'll get
What is the issue that everyone is having with using the personal stash feature? That's where I unload stuff to cut down on weight and it has never vanished on me.
