Spoiler - is dijkstra needed for the achievment ?
I mean the one where you have to get as many allies to Kaer Morhen

No. The ones needed are Triss, Keira, Roche, Ermion and Zoltan.

Not sure what is needed for it as i know of at least one aside from Dickstra that i couldn't get.
Maybe it's just that you try your best to get as many people as possible and do all the sidequests and don't cut someone out because you are too lazy.

Quest description is bring all possible allies .. so yea, ♥♥♥♥ dijkstra, he won't even come with u if you do his quest haha

No, as people said and nothing bad happens if he is not there. Really to get his support you would of have to of let Triss get tortured earlier so screw the guy. Plus, mild spoiler so dont read this if that may bother you,

You will run into a situation with him again where he is in full on tool mode so screw him.

Yea lol, and he only gives you 1000 crowns .. not really big help

I know about that, finished the game 2 days ago.
But if you pull the act with Triss all the way (it's awfull btw) you don't get the info about the gold.

I have the achievement but not with Keira. I got Hjalmar instead.

You don't even have to worry about Triss, Yennifer invites her so she'll be there no matter what

Here's a list of all the people who do in fact actually fight at kaer morhen.

Keira Metz - Have to do the Tower of Mice quest line and convince her not to go to Radovid.
Triss Merigold - Shows up no matter what.
Vernon Roche and Ves - Only if you do the quest An Eye for an Eye.
Zoltan Chivay - Just ask him during Brothers In Arms. He will never say no.
Ermion - Also another case of will never say no.
Hjalmar, Folan, and Vigi - All three will come or only Hjalmar will come depending on if they lived through The Lord of Undvik, but if you remain neutral in choosing the king of skellige none will come.
Letho of Gulet - Only if he is alive in your world state/import and only if you manage to find him and figure out he's not dead in his quest.

That's absolutely everybody. These are the only people you should worry about.

I know haha, I asked for a friend. I just did Dijkstra's quest and did not know if he is required. And thanks a lot
