Nameless quest completed, but not disappearing?

So all of the quest milestones are completed and greyed, with a green check mark next to each, and no objectives are on the HUD during gameplay, but Nameless keeps coming up as my active quest when I finish any other, and wont' go aaway from my Quest log. Couldn't find anything by searching "Nameless", any ideas?

It's probably the quest "The Nameless One" in the garden. Meet up with Yennefer and do her quest, you'll eventually complete that quest.

It just says Nameless for me. It was following craven, and the objective on the bottom says "Jump into the well" That quest was completed though, and my quest with Yennifer destroying the garden

Yeah, I have the same problem. It is a bug. I completed the quest and it disappeared, but then when I went back through the area I clicked on one of the witcher examine areas (using witcher senses) and the quest popped back up with all objectives complete. Now it is there permanently again.

A bit annoying, but not a big deal I suppose.

I'm playing on PS4 and just ran into the same issue. I finished the Yen section in the garden and went back to the well. Using my Witcher sense re-triggered "Nameless" with no description of what I should do next. It seems like a lot of people have had this happen since the game launched. And the only solution I've found is from YouTube and it's to load a previous save before the garden and be very careful about the order of items you click using your Witcher Sense. It's frustrating to have this main quest I already finished just hanging in there empty whenever I complete a secondary quest.

I thought I avoided this problem by completeing the main yennifer quest for that part and then later coming back to the location for the werewolf. All was fine until I used the lever to open the flood gate again to go back in and it re-opened the 'namless' quest. It says everything was completed but it is still just sitting in my quest log, mocking me. Rather annoying already.
