Which gwent cards are missable and how?

as far as i have read, the only missable cards are:
Dandelion card= From "A Matter Of Life And Death" quest

Iorveth card= From the side quest "Shock Therapy"

Triss card= From Lambert part of "Gwent Old Pals"

Also ive seen a post about a missable card from a merchant, and cant seem to find the full list of missable cards
perhaps someone here has the full list of missable cards? woulld be greatly appreciated:)

You can miss the ones from the Passiflora tournament if you don't winn all 4 rounds.

Also the Triss card should not be missable. The card is supposed to show up at Lamberts bed if you don't play him in time.

Any other missable cards? as i mentioned, ive also spotted a missable card from a vendor, Olivier was his name, i think.

The game will tell you the collection quest failed if you miss one.
Also the dlc cards are not required for the achievement, but the heart of stone ones are nice

Oliviers card can not be missed on the current patch. If he dies before you get the card, the card will be in a room next to the bar.

The 3 cards from Zoltans quest can be missed if you don't do it in time.

The merchant you're thinking about might be the one from a "Person in Distress" quest southeast of Claywich on an island. He will move to Claywich after freeing him.
