If you are however, they are both totally worth it.
Personally hates W2 controls, and W3 is certainly the best of them all,... but storywise, they are all worth it.

It's mostly a few dialogues and interactions, nothing major.
However, depending onb whether or not you killed or spared TW2's final enemy, he will appear in a cool mission in 3 or not.
