Anyway in the gameplay there is a setting to change gwent difficulty. Basically losing against easy AI is almost impossible. One thing though is that there are quite a few of missable cards so if you already deep into campaign you might be quite of luck.
WeMod may cause issues using the Easy Gwent Winning feature & can cause your Silver Sword from not appearing correctly in-game, been documented since 2016. Using the Always Win at Gwent Mod is the safest option that does not cause issues like that from happening
