I think she'd need to bring up her atmospheric barrier spell while Geralt peeled those off after a few days of fermention.. Monster juice, sewage water, crotch sweat, blood, and the clingy stink of rotting corpses.. It's a combination that makes me think of the film Perfume: The Story of a Murderer
Geralt's armor and clothes should get dirty over time. Having blood from the last fight on yourself would be a nice tough.
