Best Armor + Armor Guide

Hi, I did some testing with armor in the Witcher 3 and made a armor guide. I am explaining how armor value, armor resistance work and is calculated; what's overall the best armor in the game IMO. Nice guide. I have noticed that Assassin Gauntlets (+crit chance) the Condottiere’s Gloves (+armor piercing) and Nilfgaardian guardsman’s gauntlets (+Crit Damage) all have rather attractive dps stats on them which is rare on armor while leving up. I know the assassins gloves can be bought from the Oxenford Armorer and thus scaled to w/e level you are... is there a vendor where I can do the same for the other two? Also, are there any other pieces of off set armor like this with nice dps stats?

I bought the full set of Undvik armor from the Skellige smith . Helped me a lot for a while instead of crafting.

I do not use the Assasins Gauntlets, because as of 1.07 the superior Thunderbolt will always give you 100% crit chance. I think it's a bug, but never red any official statement about it.
I don't remember where you can get the other two armor pieces.

True. I am surprised they made it that easy. So many people praise the Witcher 2 for being hard and having an extremely hard difficulty setting. And in the Witcher 3 they went the other way, made it all very easy.

True. I am surprised they made it that easy. So many people praise the Witcher 2 for being hard and having an extremely hard difficulty setting. And in the Witcher 3 they went the other way, made it all very easy.

The only hard part about this game is enduring the painfully ugly armor until you finally level up to get the bear set. I really wish there were more long coat armors in the game.

Now just imagine if the starting armor had some fur around the neck and a long "skirt" covering the legs.

I don't find myself running around in my underwear often enough to care about what it looks like. At least the underwear looks better than 90% of the armor in this game.

I think she'd need to bring up her atmospheric barrier spell while Geralt peeled those off after a few days of fermention.. Monster juice, sewage water, crotch sweat, blood, and the clingy stink of rotting corpses.. It's a combination that makes me think of the film Perfume: The Story of a Murderer

Geralt's armor and clothes should get dirty over time. Having blood from the last fight on yourself would be a nice tough.
