(Bug?) Can't give Phillipa's crystal to Yennefer

I concluded Redania's Most Wanted quest lying to Radovid, and keeping Phillipa's crystal to myself. I have it in my inventory still, concluded The Last Wish quest in Skellige, and I read this should be the opportunity to talk to Yennefer and give it to her. But the option just doesn't show up.

Is this a bug? You don't get the option to give it to Yen if you report back to Radovid, even if you don't give him the crystal?

its not with Yen but Triss.. and if you completed the quest where she leaves Novigrad.. well.. puff

Previously you could give it to both. Also not quite true with Triss, I havent done the quest where she leaves Novigrad yet but she refuses to give me an option to deal with the crystal.

After you finish the last wish quest, right after the screen fades out, and she's saying she wants to go to the emperor to report, you can ask yen.
I know this is kinda late, but maybe others will find it through google.

Giving it to Yen is a HIDDEN option. It only pops up as a quest part to check off *after* the fact and only becomes available in specific circumstances, that is: What MaximusMJ said. You have to romance Yen to give it to her and finish the quest "Last Wish" first, before you get the option to show her the crystal.

It would seem (reports by other users elsewhere) that this option does NOT pop up when talking to Yen *at all*, though, if you should have happened to talk to Radovid in the meantime when having the crystal in your inventory, i.e. after searching Philippa's hideout (BEFORE doing "Last Wish"), because doing so finishes the quest and seems to also take away the crystal due to the quest finishing (that is: no matter if you actually told him about the crystal and gave it to him, which logically takes it away - OR if you lied to him, this in-story-illogically, only out-of-game-mechanical-wise = simply because the quest finishes).

--> It would seem, you have to leave the quest open (do NOT go to Radovid again) until AFTER the Last Wish quest is done and you talked to Yen again (after finishing the "Last Wish"). Only after you could and did talk to Yen can you return to Radovid to talk to him and close this quest, if you want to hand it to Yen or even simply show it to her.

(So yeah, you CAN also talk to Yen first after the "Last Wish" quest and still KEEP the crystal to give it to Radovid (to supposedly get the money, too) after having spoken to Yen (against her explicit wish, bc. she is obviously of the mind that this madman should not be helped to get his hands on anyone - but you can), which should check off both options, but, of course, still fails the option "talk to Triss" (who would seem to keep the crystal, btw)... You can only show it to either Yen or Triss.)

If you give the crystal to Yen or Triss you will get one thing: Story-info via a cutscene, because Triss/Yen plays the crystal to you, as far as it can still be accessed (or as far as they wish to, if you wanna think down that line). They will, obviously, not pay you for it, as they are your own *friend/lover* (plus they show you this info, which Radovid, as far as I know, will not).

Encountering the same bug. Romanced Yen and by now she went to Kaer Mohren. But I get no dialogue option to give her the crystal there.

I think I just ignored it back then. Not like it unlocks anything, but a small conversation.
You can alternatively also give the crystal to Triss though if she's still around.
